Jay T. Warsh on Tito Ortiz,  loyalty and the bond between them.

Jay T Warsh joins me from Toronto to talk about how his powerhouse agency “The Inner Circle Agency” came to be and how it works with fighters like: Tito Ortiz, Alistair Overeem, Ken Shamrock, Bruce Buffer, Wanderlei Siva, Frankie Edgar, Rashad Evans and Chris Cyborg to name a few to promote them outside of the cage.

He also weighs in on the Bonnar vs Ortiz trash talking incident.

Loyalty is a word that Warsh adheres to and bases his company on and in this interview he discusses why these two traits are not really used in business that much anymore.

Specifically how loyalty was lacking when it came around to his #1 client and long time personal friend Tito Ortiz.

Warsh considers him a brother and when he met Ortiz he predicted that people might follow the money trail. His premonition has came to pass with the recent McCully and Bonnar defections.

Speaking of loyalty what does he think about Coach Paul Herrera defecting as well?

Is Tito ready for Bonnar? And how focused is he with all the trash talking being played out in the media?

Warsh also tells us how he was responsible for patching up the long standing feud between Tito Ortiz and Ken Shamrock, it’s a very interesting story you don’t want to miss!

Where does he think the sport of Mixed Martial Arts is headed? One of his plans is to build Mixed Martial Arts up in the Caribbean.

His master plan is to expand his company globally but guess how he makes deals with the fighters? With a handshake only a rare business strategy in 2014 but one Warsh prides himself on.

Don’t judge a book by the cover as Warsh may look like a wrestler but he’s a true adrenaline junkie he loves to jump out of planes, scuba dive and camp and if you like to cook he knows his way around the kitchen check out his instagram: JayTropix for some cool recipes.

My thanks to a rare gentleman who is in class above the rest. Jay T Warsh was a very inspiring interview for me to do.
