Here is what both fighters had to say last Saturday:
ARTEM LOBOV
“We’re going to make the second fight even better than the first. The reason we’re doing a rematch so soon is because Jason earned my respect like no fighter has before.
“I promised him a rematch and we said why wait until we’re old and not capable of putting on a show like that? Let’s do it while we’re in our prime and still hungry. No need to wait, let’s do it again.
“The second fight is going to be even more exciting. We have a lot to live up to, but we’re ready.”
JASON KNIGHT
“I wouldn’t do anything different than I did in the first fight. We’re probably going to fight even harder this time. I might keep my hands up a little bit more, but we’re going to get down again.
“I can promise you that it’s going to be a fight you don’t want to miss. If you missed the first one, you definitely won’t want to miss this one.”
DAVID FELDMAN, BKFC Founder & President
“The first fight was one of the best in combat sports history. They do not take a backward step in that ring and that’s exactly what you can expect on November 16.
“These two guys are warriors. They exemplify what it takes to be a combat sports fighter. If you’re a combat sports fan, you’re going to have a smile on your face from the beginning of this fight until the end.”
